Who is responsible

Solvard Solutions (Jakov Jolić).

Contact: solvardsolutions@gmail.com, +385 95 886 4570.

What we collect

Free AI advice: your answers to the questions, your email address and, if you give them, your name and company.

Audit request: your name, email, optional company, industry and message.

Consent evidence: the exact consent text you saw, its version, the time, your browser's user agent and a keyed hash of your IP address (the IP itself is not stored and cannot be recovered from the hash).

A log of the emails we sent you (type, status, provider reference).

Nothing is stored before you submit a form.

Why, and on what legal basis

To write and email your advice, or to contact you about the audit: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Follow-up emails about our services: a separate, optional consent you can withdraw at any time.

Preventing abuse (rate limiting with the IP hash): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it for us

Vercel — website hosting (EU region, Frankfurt).

Supabase — database (EU region, Frankfurt).

Resend — email delivery.

Anthropic — writes the advice from your answers. Processing may take place in the United States, under Anthropic's data processing terms for international transfers.

Plausible — cookieless, anonymous visit statistics (EU).

Cal.com — the booking calendar, loaded only when you choose to open it. Cal.com may process your booking details in the United States.

How long we keep it

Requests that never led to a booked call are deleted after 12 months.

If you become a client, we keep your data while we work together, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records).

AI-written advice

The advice email is written by an AI model from your answers and checked automatically for invented numbers and claims before it is sent. It makes no decision about you with legal or similarly significant effect.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Every email we send contains a link that deletes your data immediately.

You can complain to a supervisory authority — in Croatia, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
